Texas ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Texas Secretary of State requires all Corporations and LLCs to file a Franchise Tax Report with the State Comptroller Office. In addition each is required to file a Public Information Report. The reports must be filed on or by May 15th of each year.
